What did you like most about Ms Ng's lessons/teaching methods? What have you gained from Ms Ng's lessons? 
I had a lot of difficulties with the subject initially due to the transition from lower to upper secondary - Chemistry was my worst performing subject. Ms Ng is a very patient and meticulous teacher. She would try her best to understand my problems/misconceptions/questions and go through them step by step, which I felt was very beneficial as I wasn't a fast learner. 

Ever since receiving tuition from her, I improved from an F9 to an A1 in O Level examination and continued to do well in A level Chemistry.
